With experience from large and medium-sized companies, we help our clients to professionalise their project management – from the
creation of project processes, selection and introduction of project (portfolio) management software to training and implementation.

Raoul Dittrich is the managing director of ppm experts GmbH and an expert in project and project portfolio management. He studied business mathematics at the universities of Augsburg (Germany) and Rennes (France) and worked for many years in London at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Deutsche Bank, among others, where he managed large and complex projects and found his passion in passing on this knowledge.

He introduced project portfolio management systems and processes in companies and accompanied all steps of system selection, development of processes as well as their introduction and training in the organisation.
